Our Process

Five Steps, No Surprises

Five simple steps from your first call to a working appliance.

  1. 1

    Schedule Your Repair

Call us or book online. Tell us which appliance is acting up and we will set a time that works for you.

  2. 2

    We Inspect the Appliance

Your technician looks over the appliance, checks how it is running and examines the parts involved.

  3. 3

    Diagnose the Problem

We test the components to find the real cause of the problem, not just the symptom.

  4. 4

    Review the Repair Options

We explain what is wrong and walk you through your options, including whether a repair makes sense.

  5. 5

    Complete the Appliance Repair

We finish the repair, test the appliance to make sure it runs properly and answer any questions you have.

Repair It Right

Why Call a Professional

A broken appliance is easy to ignore or fix with a quick guess. A trained technician finds the real fault, repairs it safely and helps your appliance keep running the way it should.

Book a Repair
  • Accurate Appliance Diagnosis

Modern appliances have control boards, sensors and sealed systems. Proper testing finds the actual fault, so you do not pay for parts you did not need.

  • Avoid Further Appliance Damage

A small leak, a noisy motor or a weak seal can turn into a bigger failure. Fixing it early protects the rest of the appliance and your home.

  • Restore Appliance Performance

A proper repair brings back steady cooling, full heat and clean cycles, so your appliance works the way it was designed to.

  • Extend the Life of Your Appliances

Replacing a worn part often costs much less than buying a new appliance, and the right repair can keep it running for years.

Upfront Pricing

What Appliance Repair Costs in Groveland, FL

Most repairs land between $100 and $450 including parts and labor. The range below is what each appliance usually costs, and your technician confirms the exact price before any work begins.

Diagnostic Visit

$79

Waived when you approve the repair, so the diagnosis costs you nothing on jobs we fix.

  • Parts and labor included in every quote
  • Your price is approved before any work starts
  • No call-out charge on top of the quoted repair

Ranges cover parts and labor for most residential models and are a guide, not a quote. Built-in, panel-ready and commercial units can fall outside them. Call (352) 364-9927 for a price on your appliance.

Smart Decisions

Repair or Replace Your Appliance?

When an appliance breaks, the first question is whether it is worth fixing. Weigh these four factors before you decide.

  • Appliance Age

Most major appliances last roughly 10 to 15 years, depending on the type. A newer unit is usually worth repairing.

  • Repair Cost

A common rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than about half the price of a comparable new appliance, replacing may make more sense.

  • Appliance Condition

Look at the whole appliance, not just the broken part. Rust, cracks or repeated breakdowns point toward replacement.

  • Availability of Replacement Parts

Parts for current models are usually easy to get. For older or discontinued models, they can be hard to find.

Repair makes sense when

  • It is less than halfway through its expected life
  • The repair costs under half the price of a new one
  • One part failed and the rest is in good shape
  • Replacement parts are readily available

Consider replacing when

  • It is near or past its expected lifespan
  • The repair costs over half the price of a new one
  • There is rust, damage or frequent breakdowns
  • Parts are discontinued or hard to find

Not sure which way to go? We will inspect it and give you a clear recommendation. Call (352) 364-9927.

I used Ramsom Appliances to install a dishwasher that I was gifted. My installer, Rafael, was knowledgeable, professional, and overall a pleasure to have for this job. The dishwasher is level, he made sure the water line was installed at the right angle to prevent a backup in the flow of things. The attachment to the garbage disposal was perfect with no leaks afterwards. The front office staff, Ms. Vanessa was also very nice and professional and was able to schedule my service appointment for the next day, which I was very happy about that. I highly recommend RAMSON Appliances. I will use them in the future.

  • Great experience. Scheduling appointment was easy. They gave a heads up via text when they were on the way and they were on time...answered all my questions and gave me a whole education about what was wrong with my refrigerator and how much parts and labor would cost to get to the bottom of it. There were no sleazy tactics to just get my money. Straight up, honest service. I will call again when needed and refer to anyone who needs appliance service.

Easy to contact, quick appointments. The refrigerator lights fix was more difficult than anticipated and took 2 service calls but the tech followed up quickly and i was only billed for the additional parts, not 2 calls. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Ramson and still very satisfied.
