• The appliance or equipment involved, its brand, model and serial number, and a description of the problem
• Photos you choose to send us, such as an error message or a model label
• Scheduling details and notes about access to the property
• Details needed to complete payment for a repair

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We don’t use this information to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your questions and service requests
• Schedule, confirm and carry out repair visits
• Identify the right parts and repair information for your appliance
• Prepare written quotes and invoices, and take payment

Maps, Reviews and Other Sites

Some pages show an embedded Google Map. When a map loads, Google may collect information about your visit under its own privacy policy. Customer reviews shown on this site come from our Google Business Profile.

This site links to other websites, including Facebook, Instagram and Yelp. We aren’t responsible for how those sites handle your information, so please review their privacy policies.

Cookies

We don’t currently use cookies for advertising or tracking. Third-party features, such as embedded Google Maps, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep service records for as long as we need them to support the work we did, answer questions about a repair and meet tax and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

Keeping Information Secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss and unauthorized access. No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, such as full card numbers, through the contact form or by email.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or correct your information, or to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you about anything other than a repair in progress. Use the contact details below and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging appliance repairs. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
